TERMS & CONDITIONS
In the abstract submission form, authors are requested to fill in the following fields: the author(s)' information, presentation form, the Topic/subtopic under which the contribution should appear, and at the end, it is possible to submit the abstract. Please note that the sub-themes are preliminary and may be subject to change. Submitting the same abstract under more than one topic is not allowed. Duplicates identified by the Scientific Committee will be rejected. The Scientific Committee has the right to suggest transferring the submitted abstract under another topic.
If your submission does not fit the sub-topics under the given categories, select V.6 – Other. The Scientific Committee will endeavour to allocate the abstracts according to authors’ preferences but reserves the right to amend the final list of topics and accordingly reallocate the submitted abstracts.
An abstract has been submitted successfully and has been received if the author receives an automatically generated email confirmation.
The submission of an abstract carries with it the obligation that it is actually presented at the meeting by the author or, at least, by one of the co-authors. When the abstract is accepted by the Scientific Committee, at least the presenting author must have a valid registration for the Conference by 30 July 2021.
Abstract submission deadline is 30 June 2021. Notification of acceptance is scheduled for 21 July 2021.
ABSTRACT FORMAT AND CONTENT:
In UPPERCASE letters, maximum of 20 words.
Full names of the author(s), affiliations (including countries)
Maximum 300 words, including the introduction of the topic; description of methods, main results and conclusions in regular writing style. No figures or tables are allowed in short abstracts.
Please double-check the information before submitting the abstract - especially the grammar and the names and affiliations of author(s), as the content will be published in the Conference proceedings as submitted.
If your abstract contains formulae
, please send the file as a Word document to
;as well (in case the formatting of the formulae gets distorted in the submission form). This is only applicable if your abstract contains formulae as the abstract form might show certain symbols (e.g. square or cube roots) incorrectly, but these will show up correctly in the actual abstract.

The work does not contain content that is unlawful, abusive or constitutes a breach of contract or of confidence or of commitment given to secrecy.
The authors warrant that they have the right to reproduce any material that has already been published or copyrighted elsewhere.
By submitting the abstract the authors are asked to agree or decline to publish the abstract in the Conference abstract book and on the IPS website. Authors retain the copyright of the abstract.
